The service centre was very efficient and friendly when completing my MOT and vehicle health check.
Whilst it took Nye on 6 months for new car to arrive, this applies to all new cars and not the fault of MINI. My rep was Paul Rosen who kept in touch throughout the process and kept me updated with any developments, couldn't have asked for more
