Friendly and helpful staff. Ability to handover my previous vehicle at the same time. The extras like mats I wasn't expecting and having a fully charged vehicle to go. A very good tuition session and offer of a further session down the line.

I went in wanting a petrol mini, but I wasn't sure which model. I sat in some, test drove a hybrid one, and you then found a new model of that type I wanted in the right colour. Basically you found the car I wanted on the first visit.

I was expecting the service to cost the quoted figure and then found out it was nearly 3 times as much. Although staff were great and tried to help, I feel that if new parts would never go on old parts, I should have been quoted the first price.
