Only issue was with the my mini app and digital system of signing. I made the original enquiry with one email and registered for the app with my preferred email. Somehow mini couldn't cope and it caused unnecessary aggravation to the process.

Experience was all great, only downfall was when I went to collect my new car it had a flat battery. Csilla was very accommodating and arranged a temporary car whilst my new car was delivered home. Whoever did drop my car off left slight mud stains.

Overall quick and easy. Just some bad points... My car was left unlocked on the forecourt. It was also 'washed' but it left it looking worse as it had obviously just sorta been wet and left to dry.

Dealt with Ryan who was 1st class. However he asked me if I wanted my car washed after my service and said that would be great. On collecting my car it had not been washed which I was a little disappointed after he had done such a great job.
