I am extremely satisfied with the MINI centre but not with the Random emails from MINI that took no account of what had been agreed with the dealership. The dealership should have 5 stars but I can't put that as I want to highlight that point.

While the car was in for warranty investigation due to a drivetrain error, a salesman took my car home overnight without my permission. I asked to talk to the manager. Manager apologised as this was an error in their comms processes.

I rated 4/5 because, although the customer service was excellent and the work was completed quickly, the price was still high even with a discount. I also felt the issue could have been identified during the previous service/vehicle health check.

Would be good if could get time slot down to an hour as had to leave car and go elsewhere before going back to pick up car. It was ready within the 2 hour slot though. Car clock was an hour out so would be good to have that adjusted.
