Michael my sales contact put me at ease from day one. He kept in touch throughout the process. He listened to my needs, but also gave me options. No sales pushing. He made the handover a breeze with his knowledge of the Mini.

The financial systems didn't work properly so we had to complete the forms more than once. The pick up was delayed because of this, which was a shame.

Rhi is amazing on service. Excellent communication skills. Does what she says when she says she will do it. This makes the whole experience less stressful- even if there is a big bill to pay!!
