all was ok apart from dealer giving wrong advice re MP3 cable told me to either buy bmw one 45 or use standard i pod cable as expensive I used my own but would not work without special usb aux cable minor critisism but dealer should have more kn

i felt like promises were not met on the day with regard to pickup and delivery.. the car was not cleaned properly

I had a call from the service department to say that the car was due a service, when we arrived for the service they said it was not due and could not explaine why I was told it was due.

The collection and delivery service was great. The delivery driver was very polite. They kept me informed throughtout the service (chris was great ). They cleaned the car was brilliant as well.

ended up having to leave my car over the weekend, no courtesy car. Had to pay for track rod end which was going while it was still in warranty

The service light came on I did not know that this was indicating that I needed a MOT, if I had known this I would have gone to get this work completed at a lower rate. I was also told I needed new windscreen wipers which had recently been replaced.

The staff were good at the dealership. The most disappointing thing was that they did not have a courtesy car available for 4 weeks. I had to pay for courtesy car.

I mentioned for over a year that the engine was leaking due to a patch on my block paving on several occasions I have been told its ok , I have now been told its a seal on the gear box the cars 4 years old and just out of warranty .

Booked car in and was told it would be ready later that day, wasn't ready, kept overnight, told to collect it following day, not ready kept overnight. after being told the seal was all fixed, it came off the next day

Disappointing. Recall work carried out without problem, car sreviced and valeted. asked for x2 bridgestone tyres to be fitted BUT continental fitted. 10 days on stillnot corrected, can't get bridgestone but kwik fit can next day. Still havent paid

i was provided with hire car and pre arranged on collecting the car it was dirty outside, filthy inside with dirty tissues and scraps of paper all over. also, fuel tank was completely empty with a range of only 20 miles.

There was an issue with the late acquisition of the courtesy car which I had to pick up, other than that the dealership was fine. Charotte Jarvis was especially helpful during our visit.
