Completely satisfied with the work. But was a bit over priced. As £373 for front brake disk and pads replacement seem bit expensive.

Whenever the car comes in normally I get an amazing service and the car is valeted. This time the car was vac’d and left with mud and dust inside just felt like it was thrown through service and they didn’t have time

Ultimately a good experience, although a recent change of staff left a bit of uncertainty when booking regarding TLC and warranty work. Worked out well in the end though. Staff are very enthusiastic.

The purchase of my car with Charlotte was good. It was very quick and easy. I was also given regular updates on the production of my car which was good to keep me updated. This was let down when picking up the car and the finances.

Staff were friendly and helpful. assisted in reducing the charges but I don't feel that I should have paid for an item failing after such low mileage. The offer to valet the car was appreciated but better not to offer as it was done to a low level.
