Due to the price - the service by the people I dealt with was great.
Great service, managed to fit in for a service on the day I wanted. Fixed my windscreen wipers free of charge and get the job done quickly.
I have previously found service (Amy Swales) really helpful and polite. She has now left and my most recent experience left a lot to be desired from her replacement.Stan, the driver that does picks up and drop offs in Leeds is always lovely!

Service was good when I was in the shop but after it trying to contact us on the phone could never speak to anyone and just felt really messed around and like they didnt care.
Harrogate staff realised the fault on my car was covered by my car warranty and should have been done by Leeds, when it went for mot and was still in warranty. Warranty had expired when I took it in, but they sorted it for me and got it done.
I had a car accident so needed a hire car which mini provided. Make my life easier and stress levels lower. Really great customer service all round.
Completely satisfied with the work. But was a bit over priced. As £373 for front brake disk and pads replacement seem bit expensive.

Whenever the car comes in normally I get an amazing service and the car is valeted. This time the car was vacd and left with mud and dust inside just felt like it was thrown through service and they didnt have time
Ultimately a good experience, although a recent change of staff left a bit of uncertainty when booking regarding TLC and warranty work. Worked out well in the end though. Staff are very enthusiastic.

There had been a change of salesman and information had not been handed over with reference to a private number plate transfer. This led to a lot of inconvenience for me.
